    By ordering you, the customer, agree to our general terms and conditions (delivery and payment conditions). Read them carefully. Authentics has the right to change or supplement the conditions at any time. The general terms and conditions are explained in more detail below.

    2. Products
    Most articles are authentic pieces! They have a weathered appearance because they are old and often already used. This gives them their unique charm and makes them so valuable! However, we cannot guarantee the condition of the items. The articles can therefore have hidden and / or visible damage. You, the customer, buy the item from Authentics in the condition it is in. We will always try to accurately describe the condition of the product and to make a clear photo. If there are any questions about an article, we will of course be happy to answer them and it is also possible to view the products by appointment or during opening hours without obligation in our store in Wetteren.
    A number of articles have been refurbished by us. If any signs of woodworm are present in an article, we will have treated it carefully with a pesticide as a precaution. However, we cannot be held liable if the item is found not to be woodworm free.
    Authentics cannot be held liable for errors in the description, printing and / or typing errors.


    3. Price
    All prices in the webshop are in EURO including VAT and excluding any shipping costs. Authentics reserves the right to change prices. We are not liable for the consequences of any printing and / or typing errors.
    We mainly use the margin scheme for used goods.


    4. Order
    It is possible to order articles on the website. You can place items in your shopping cart while shopping. After your order has been placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. Check this information for correctness. In case of doubt, please contact us as soon as possible, always mention the order number in your correspondence. If the total amount of the order has been credited to our bank account, your order will be processed and we will send the items as soon as possible (if you chose shipping). You will be notified! It is also possible to collect your order by appointment at our shop in Wetteren.

    Vintage, nearly antique and antique items are often unique pieces, we often only have one of them in stock. Exceptionally, it may be that something has been sold in the meantime (while it is still in stock in the webshop). The item will then be canceled from the order. No rights can be derived from the order.


    5. Payment
    Payments must be made in the webshop. The ordered items will be reserved for you as soon as they have been paid into our account and if the item was not sold before to another customer. The articles remain the property of Authentics until you have met these conditions.
    We try to make sure the order will be delivered as quickly as possible after payment.


    6. Delivery or pick up
    Unless otherwise stated on the website, it is possible to have the ordered items delivered to your home. You pay a contribution (shipping costs) for the delivery of your order. The articles are sent by us by carrier. Items are only shipped if the payment is fully on our account, including shipping costs.
    We pack the items very carefully before shipping. We use different types of packaging materials. However, Authentics is not liable for damage and / or loss of articles during transport or delivery.
    Of course it is possible to insure your order. You can indicate this in comments, the shipping costs will then be adjusted accordingly.
    We ship items within Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. Delivery beyond that is only possible on special request. It is therefore important to enter this information carefully. If an order is returned on the basis of incorrectly specified address details, the shipping costs are for your own account as well as other costs to deliver it properly.
    Of course it is also possible to pick up the order yourself! This is possible after consultation, in our warehouse in Wetteren. You can indicate this in comments.

    7. Returns
    When the product is not quite what you had in mind? Returns are of course possible, below you will find further information.
    You can cancel the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt (on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the product). You must notify us by e-mail within this period of 14 days at the following e-mail address: [email protected]
    After this period of 14 days, no termination will be accepted.

    If you notify us within the 14-day cancellation period, you then have 14 days to return the item to us at the above-mentioned address, in the same condition as the item was in when we delivered it to you. If you do not return the article to us within this period, the cancellation will not be accepted. If you do not return the article to us in the same condition, the cancellation will not be accepted.


    If you have paid shipping costs when placing the order, they will never be returned. Costs you will have to return the goods will also not be refunded.
    When we receive the item in the same condition and receive it on time, we will of course refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible (at the latest we will refund this within 14 days of receipt).
    The shipping costs for the return are for your own account. We request that you return the product in its original packaging as much as possible.
    Returns are not accepted if the item is damaged.


    8. Privacy policies
    We need your personal information to process your order. Authentics ensures that personal information is treated confidentially. The data will be placed in our address file. We never provide data to third parties. The webshop uses LightSpeedHQ software, hardware and internet infrastructure.     9. Inaccuracies
    You must inform us as soon as possible in case of incorrect information. If you receive items that you have not ordered, you must inform Authentics as soon as possible.

    Nothing from this site may be reproduced without prior written permission from Authentics. It is therefore not allowed to use text and / or photos without written permission.
